Episode 26 – Chantal Cooke – Building a Bridge to a Wealthy Life
On this week’s episode of A Wealthy Life with Vicki Wusche, I sit down with my third podcast guest, Chantal Cooke, to talk about her experience accidentally starting out in property investment. We discuss her evolution from one flat she let out in 1997 to growing her portfolio and her property management skills over time. By age 50, Chantal was able to semi-retire, purchase a large rural property to settle in and choose exactly which days and times she wanted to work at the job she loves.
Chantal Cooke is an award-winning journalist and broadcaster, co-founder of the UK’s first ethical radio station PASSION for the PLANET, a property investor, and CEO of successful boutique PR agency, Panpathic Communications. Chantal is also a Non-Executive Director of the World Food Travel Association, Gaydio Brighton (part of the Gaydio stable of radio stations) and the National Association of Licenced Paralegals.
If you have been wondering what a property investment journey might look like, and all the benefits it can bring to your wealthy life, make sure you listen to our conversation today – and take notes! Chantal is a wonderful example of someone who planned and strategized to create her own ideal wealthy life.
