Who wants to look weak or weird in middle and high school? Not many people. So when it comes to asking for help, we tend to NOT ask for it because we feel like it'll make us look weak or weird. But that's not reality. ASKING FOR HELP IS NOT WEAK OR WEIRD. It takes strength and courage. Accepting and admitting that you need help takes humility, and that's a good thing. There are people in your life who care, so please utilize them. Use this episode as a nudge toward asking for help.
