When you’re selling a product that you fully + wholeheartedly believe in, it’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking that you can let its features + benefits do the talking. But while an incredible product does make your job as a salesperson a little bit easier, it doesn’t eliminate the work you need to do to build the value of the product and create buy-in around the idea that it will make your customer’s life easier, simpler or better.
