‘It’s in the blood!’ Tinique Hay from Tinque Hay Events shares her entrepreneurial journey from her first-class degree in events management to founding an award-winning events management company.
Born into a Caribbean family, Tinique had aspirations to begin her own business. At a young age she created a family run restaurant where all members had a role to play. As a young student she chose event management and left the restaurant business.
In this episode, Tinique shares how her love for managing events and projects aligns well with her job giving her job satisfaction and a sense of achievement.
Sky- diving for Dementia in 2022 and planning a half marathon 2024 to raise funds for MEETING NEEDS charity, Tinique challenges herself to the limit by feeling the pain but doing it anyway.
