For this service, we are excited to introduce and hear a special message from Rev. Dr. Lucretia Facen, Metro East District Superintendent of the Horizon Texas Conference. Before this appointment, Dr. Facen served as Senior Pastor at St. Paul UMC in downtown Dallas, leading ministries with deep community outreach among young people and neighbors experiencing homelessness. She is a graduate of SMU’s Perkins School of Theology and brings a pastor’s heart for connection, spiritual formation, and partnership across our city.
