Todays guest is a good friend of the show! He was the first Growmie I met here in Sacramento and we just happened to work in the same industry which sparked our friendship from the start. Charlie Harrison, aka Charlie Brown, worked the kitchen of a local coffee roaster here in Sacramento, Old Soul Coffee, when we met but he has all kinds of fine dining experience which we talk about during the episode.
