Jen is an absolute breath of fresh air. In our conversation, I realized how deeply I resonate with her message and mission. For many people, knowing how to comfort and care for others isn’t intuitive or doesn’t come naturally. We spend so much time learning about soft skills like time management, organization, or public speaking, but there’s not a dialogue around learning how to be there for others. Like many other people, I learned the importance of comfort the hard way. Not knowing how to show up for someone can have a detrimental effect on our personal, professional, and romantic relationships.
