What I love about Seth is his boldness in taking on this difficult topic. He’s really trying to have a conversation about the most divisive political issues of our time and approach it with thought and reason. His goal of getting business leaders to open up about their perspectives and share with their constituents is an admirable attempt to destigmatize this type of conversation. He makes people imagine their family members and kids as part of the conversation to remove the stigma/opposition and have a real conversation about how these topics affect their family. His book is thoroughly researched and draws from many different sources. While it’s very academic in scope, American Schism is a great narrative of where we’ve been and how we can fix our nation.
