As Managing Director of Turner & Townsend’s Asia Pacific,
Anooj is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the
Asia and ANZ businesses.
He sits on Turner & Townsend’s Global Operations Board, Asia
Board, ANZ Board, Korea Board and chairs the North East Asia, South
East Asia and South Asia (India) Boards as well as the Real Estate,
Infrastructure and Natural Resources Boards in ANZ. He also sits on
Turner & Townsend’s global Purpose steering committee.
Since his appointment as Managing Director of ANZ in 2015,
Anooj has overseen a growth of circa 60 percent of the ANZ business
and a diversification program across 14 sectors, 13 offices and 6
service lines. In addition to his current role, Anooj has recently
been appointed as Managing Director of Turner & Townsend’s Asia
region leading an additional 17 offices and a combined team of over
1,300 people.
Anooj is passionate towards creating a cohesive construction
industry, particularly focusing on how to enhance performance
through collaboration; as well as driving efficiency resulting
through the most cost-effective mutually beneficial client
outcomes. He currently sits on the RICS Australasia Advisory Board
and is a judge for the RICS Australia Awards as well as the PPP
Awards for Asia Pacific.
