In today’s podcast of the Masculine Mindset Show, Adam gives you a back finisher that is brutal. Depending on your fitness level, you can go higher reps, for example 15 for the first set and 30 for the second set. But for example’s sake, these are the two sets:
Inverted Bodyweight Rows – 10 Reps
Inverted Bodyweight Rows – 20 Reps
Put your heels on a bench in front of you for added intensity. This is meant to be a finisher on top of your back workout before doing this exercise. Double the reps from the first set, no excuses.
