This week in Episode #759, Wayne talks with creator Carmen Costa from the current Kickstarter campaign for Paolo The Punk Rock Panda!
Carmen is a writer and educator from the Philadelphia/Southern New Jersey area. He has previously crowdfunded the Proctor series since early 2024. This book, which targets readers from Grades 2-4, is described this way: “Share your love of punk rock with your young reader, written by a certified reading specialist who owes his life to the scene!” We talk about how the book came to be, who the various characters are, and what else Carmen will be up to in the months ahead! You can support Carmen and his new book by going to this link, and this Kickstarter will conclude on Thursday, September 3, at 9:04 p.m. Don’t miss this fun conversation and what Carmen has in store for us in the future!
