The planned Margaritaville Resort on Fort Myers Beach is being delayed in the court system due to another local hotel owner filing a string of lawsuits against devloper TPI. The developer came on Beach Talk Radio Episode #63 to rip that hotel owner and call on the town to revoke his liquor license. Find out why.
