Since he was the only Controller in the tower at the time, the pilot sends out an urgent call for medical assistance.

transmissions were heard over the radio on Cincinnati tower telling the pilot to go around during landing.

ATC advised pilots about the malicious transmissions and told the words "go around" were unauthorized transmissions.
