Hello Friends and welcome to Season 2 of Thrive and the Art of Living Free! 

We made it through 2020 - can you believe it? I'm so excited to be starting Season 2 and we're starting with a new format! 

I loved learning about what worked well last season and I'm changing up a few things for this one. I have some really exciting things in store for you plus a few surprises this season! 

Today, I'm joined by author, Hannah Brencher. Hannah is a mental health advocate, viral TED speaker, and new mom. She has recently written a book, called Fighting Forward and it is amazing! With a large pile of hope for those who long to move from anxiety and fear into action steps. It will encourage you to savor the milestones you've already reached, root yourself in the next small step,  welcome healthy routines into your day, and apply grace like sunscreen in the process of your own becoming.

  • fear of failure and the idea that failure is not necessarily a negative thing
