Nov 25, 2022

When we are going through time s transition and change, it can impact all the areas of our life. One of the hardest transitions we go through is aging, especially for women.

Today’s guests, Carolyn Castleberry Hux and Shayne Moore, are all about helping women to thrive at halftime of our lives. They want to show you how to discover how to reignite your dreams and renew joy for your next season!

Listen in to learn more about the great things we discussed:

  • Carolyn and Shane’s journey and their heart for women at halftime
  • Some of the lies we tell ourselves and ways to contact those lies
  • Practical, tangible ways to overcome our mental roadblocks of comparison and perfection.

Shayne Moore is a former client of The Halftime Institute. With a heart for all women, Shayne is the author of five books, including Ending Human Trafficking, Global Soccer Mom, and Refuse to Do Nothing, named Justice Resource of the year by Outreach Magazine.

Carolyn Castleberry Hux is an executive coach, formerly a journalist and cohost of Living the Life on the ABC Family Channel. She found her second half calling coaching women and teams for transformational change with The Halftime Institute. She is the author of several positive change books, including Its About Time.
