Association of Realtors settlement, which is pushing for greater
transparency, potentially altering the traditional broker
commission structure, and could impact both buyers and
sellers. Additionally, the potential reform or elimination of
1031 exchange programs, which allow investors to defer capital
gains taxes on property exchanges, is causing uncertainty among
investors, as well as predictions for the final months of
2024.
