When was the last time you had a REALLY good night’s sleep and woke up refreshed and ready to take on the day? If you’re like most of us, it’s probably been awhile. The CDC says insufficient sleep is a serious public health problem-especially for women. Ronee Welch, of Sleeptastic Solutions, says women especially have challenges. “What’s hindering our sleep? Just about everything in our lives,” says Ronee. She says for women the disruptions begin around our first menstrual cycle and continue through pregnancy, child raising and finally menopause. Ronee works with parents to get their babies and children to sleep but also with adults on sleep solutions.
