Driving change is a part of leadership but leaders can never lose the plot of driving results by throwing constant disruptions at their organizations. Execution eats strategy for lunch. DEI was set up with virtuous goals however it has become evident that it is focusing to the wrong areas. Let's fix the root causes of what we are trying to fix. Opportunities need to come based on Merit and not identity. The sooner we realize this the better the outcomes will be.
