PACE is the critical part of attaining goals. Setting an appropriate pace shows those around you the way to get to the goal. As a leader the Pace of the Team follows the Pace of the Leader. Set the appropriate pace as a leader, a contributor, a parent or in anything else in life. Don't be choked by emotion like our feckless University leaders but make things happen and quickly.
