are buying up thousands of acres northeast of the Bay, to build a
planned community of rich tech types. To sell their East Solano
Plan (f.k.a. “California Forever”) to locals, its founders launched
a PR campaign complete with artwashing and more. Vallejo-based Anna
Kirsch of Artists Against Billionaires is part of the
resistance.
