During quarantine, plans to close 24 public schools in Oakland were announced by the politicians atop the very corrupt Oakland Unified School District. Oakland teacher Chelsea Carl and student Daniel were two of hundreds of people who occupied Parker Elementary School and ran a school under the constant threat of eviction by the city and police.
