After leading a successful upward career in tech, Saket Jain found himself suddenly “downsized” by his employer. After a few months of stumbling through shock, wondering about reasons why and financial terrors, Saket flipped the script of his interior monologue from “Why me?” to—“Why not me?” and “Why not now?”
Like many successful people, Saket had been trained to work not for himself, but for someone else. Graduating from IIT, India’s best engineering school, and receiving an MBA from Columbia Business School were merely stepping stones for high paying jobs. But not necessarily for a high paying future. Saket had to actually retrain his brain from fear-based to achieve a new sense of positive forward momentum.
He realized that his investments were passive income rather than active cash flow. After flipping his script, Saket flipped his investment strategy to successfully build a portfolio of over 2000+ units and financial freedom for himself and his family. Now Saket wants to help others do the same.
Saket's mental mindframe, his persistence and willingness to change, and his attitude towards it all have drastically helped him achieve the success that he has today.
Today, he shares with his how he did it all and came off such such a huge loss with such a massive victory...
If you struggle at all with the battle of your mind when it comes to changing your life forever with real estate, this is absolutely an episode you won't quickly forget!
