Today, we are going to talk about a very important topic that I
know is a very sensitive one for many people. So, I want to take
this time, before we get started to remind everyone that we will be
discussing suicide prevention during today’s episode. If this topic
is triggering in any way, please, do what you need to do to take
good care of yourself, even if that means skipping this episode
altogether.
