Randy is the President and Founder of Helicopter Institute - Longhorn Helicopters. With more than 30 years of experience in the commercial helicopter industry, he is passionate about improving helicopter safety through active participation, mentoring, and leadership. A thought leader in new and improved Pilot and Maintenance training initiatives and programs. He then co-founded HeliSuccess Career Seminar. He was the Former Chairman of Helicopter Association International - Board of Directors and a columnist for Rotorcraft Pro Magazine. He is also an FAA Designated Pilot Examiner.
