In this episode Aaron Gordon describes the ins and outs of working
in a 50+ year old agency that his father started. Still to this day
his father is working in the agency. Aaron speaks about how
important leadership is and how he leads in his family insurance
agency with other employees who have more experience and have
worked in the agency since he was a little kid.
Aaron’s appreciation for what his father and mother have built is refreshing and engaging.
