On episode 284 Nick is joined by Harley to investigate Extinction Rebellion’s claim that once 3.5% of the population of a state is mobilised in sustained protest, success is guaranteed. We also discuss the implications for the environmental movement and animal activists. Harley was active with the group Animal Rebellion in the UK over the last few years and this group is also guided by this 3.5% rule.
