I’m sitting down with Kim Eaton and special guest Peggy Gustafson, a Class A LPGA Teaching and Club Professional Member with more than 40 years of teaching experience.

Listen in as Peggy shares what she wants every golf student to know about the sport, first and foremost, that golf is a game of managing your shots rather than a journey towards technical perfection.

We break down common golf myths, offer advice around clubface control and hand positioning, discuss how older women should approach the game, and the importance of goal setting and getting more intentional with your practice sessions between rounds.

Rounding things off, we touch on the mental and physical aspects of preparing for and savoring every round. We discuss the importance of having a tailored warm-up routine and strategies for managing the psychological pressures of competitive play.
