Social Worker in Private Practice

I’m Tammy Roche. I’m Métis, a Canadian who plays between Australia and Canada, and I am the social worker in private practice. I am still a student but sometimes I like to share what has helped me. Maybe that will speak to you too. I speak from lived experience, from running a value based business, from my work with clients, and from my own body—because I’ve found that things start to shift when we slow down and tell the truth.
