The conclusion of my epic talk with Ken McNab, author of a new book called 'And In The End: The Last Days of The Beatles', which takes a month-by-month look at the turbulent, 'heavy' but also highly productive year of 1969 for the band, their final year as a functioning unit. In this part, we discuss August to December and end by trying to define that elusive magic that keeps people listening to the band and being interested in their story 50 years after they stopped working together.
Enjoy!
