This time, the Supreme Court will review the constitutionality of New York's requirement that concealed carry applicants prove they have "proper cause" to need to defend themselves. This is huge news because the fact that the Supreme Court agreed to take the case suggests there are at least five Justices interested in overturning this unconstitutional law.
