Episode 6 - Dyslexia and being Organised
Do you fear that you come across to other people as hopelessly disorganised even though you feel like you can’t help it?
Do you find that, in some parts of your life you are super organised, but in other parts you are a hopeless mess?
Do you struggle to recall the third item on a shopping list (or any list) even though you were told several times, and you know it was important, but it just won’t come to the front of your mind?
Sound like you?
In that case, you need to listen to this week’s episode where Natalie is joined by Kati who is the Community Director for Dyslexia in Adults, as they discuss how people with dyslexia can be more organised.
Either you fall into one of these two categories:
Being super organised in fear of forgetting something you were just told, or missing an important meeting, to the point of being super early.
or,
You need to continually reschedule meetings and ask others to repeat the same thing multiple times because you can't remember everything they said.
In this episode Natalie and Kati explore what affects organisation as someone with dyslexia, and what can help you to be more organised and navigate difficult situations today.
