About a year ago I found myself watching the Crossfit Games and I didn't have any clue what I was watching, it is basically competitive exercising
So Chris and I had Joe Mande (Hacks) Joemande.com on so that we could talk about competitive exercising. We learn the vocabulary, we learn some jokes and more importantly, we learned how often a crossfitter washes their workout clothes.
I hope you like poetry and understand that Crossfit people are sensitive about pull ups
