El mundo está respondiendo al vídeo viral que muestra a las víctimas del bombardeo israelí de un campo de refugiados en Rafah, Gaza. Una imagen que muestra las ciudades de tiendas de campaña en Rafah con la frase “Todos los ojos puestos en Rafah” en ingles se ha compartido 45 millones de veces en Instagram en las últimas 24 horas. Fue creado por un fotógrafo de Malasia y Singapur que utiliza el nombre de usuario shahv4012. El gobierno mexicano ha anunciado que se unirá a Sudáfrica para acusar a Israel de genocidio ante la Corte Penal Internacional. CNN publicó un informe que muestra que las armas utilizadas para bombardear el campo de Rafah fueron fabricadas en Estados Unidos por la compañía Boeing. En una conferencia de prensa en la Casa Blanca el martes, se le preguntó al portavoz de seguridad nacional, John Kirby, cómo este ataque no viola la “línea roja” del presidente Biden, en referencia a la advertencia de Biden de que Israel perdería el apoyo de Estados Unidos si invadía Rafah. Kirby respondió que el bombardeo no viola la advertencia de Biden porque no fue una invasión terrestre. El periodista Ed O'Keefe respondió: "¿Cuántos cadáveres carbonizados más tiene que ver antes de que el presidente considere un cambio de política?" Kirby respondió: "Me ofende un poco la pregunta".

An image portraying the tent cities in Rafah with the phrase “All Eyes on Rafah” has been shared 45 million times on Instagram in the past 24 hours. It was created by a Malaysian and Singaporean photographer who goes by the user name shahv4012. The Mexican government has announced it will join South Africa in accusing Israel of genocide in the International Criminal Court. CNN published a report showing that the weapons used to bomb the Rafah camp were made in the US by the Boeing company. At a White House press conference on Tuesday, national security spokesperson John Kirby was asked how this attack doesn’t violate president Biden’s “red line,” referring to Biden’s warning that Israel would lose US support if it invaded Rafah. Kirby responded that the bombing does not violate Biden’s warning because it was not a ground invasion. The reporter, Ed O’Keefe, responded, “How many more charred corpses does he have to see before the president considers a change in policy?” Kirby responded, “I kind of take a little offense at the question.”
