In this episode we share the secrets that all 5 Blue Zone populations had in common:
1. Prioritizing family life and family relationships
2. Engagement and regular participation in spirituality and/or religious activities
3. Engagement with friends and service in their communities

5. Regular (moderate) physical Activity
6. Plant-based diet or plant-centric diet (only eating meat sparingly, if at all)
7. Moderate caloric intake (only eating to 80% full
8. Regular daily stress management
These lifestyle habits can be implemented by anyone who wants to live a long and healthy life. In our future podcast episodes, we’ll dial in a little more and share tips and ideas for how you too can live long and prosper, like the Blue Zoners.
