Yesterday
ChatGPT announced a number of important updates, including a
privacy preserving mode that doesn't record chat history (and
doesn't train OpenAI models on chat history) as well as a
forthcoming business offering. Many think that the moves are at
least in part response to European scrutiny around GDPR compliance.
Also yesterday, AI platform HuggingFace announced HuggingChat, an
open source ChatGPT competitor.
