Deeply. Simply. Human.

Hi, I’m Esther. I want to personally welcome you to my Deeply Simply Human Podcast.

I have been a student of change and a soul pilgrim for my entire life. While I’m devoted to my own evolution and development, I’m equally a curious being who endeavors to explore how people think, the essence of their belief systems and how their culture, heritage and values have made them who they are today. The uniqueness of each of us and the mystery of our unfolding is the place where I am even most curious.

My life’s work is about bringing human dignity to ourselves and each other. The pathway I have found to do this is through leadership development in the workplace. After all, we spend more time at work than we do anywhere else so if we are going to initiate and make an impact anywhere it would be at work first. Life is about the evolution of our being and if we can focus on our beingness it is the access to our doingness.

Leading yourself and another is a serious responsibility that can be challenging because we bring our whole selves to our work and to our lives. As a dear mentor of mine said, “You can’t separate the leader out from their life.” If it’s tough for us to do it for us, it can be even tougher to do it for another and with another person.

We each bring the beauty of our upbringing, our heritage, our culture, our value system, our education, our friends, our work experiences and our wisdom to each present moment. That’s really all we have is each moment. The preciousness of these moments can be experienced if and when we are awake in each moment. It’s hard to be so present when we have the complexity of leading ourselves, our circumstances and that for another and with another. My belief is that if we knew better we would do better.

The opportunity before us is being in each moment. Those moment by moment steps are unique to each of us. It’s natural that we want practical tools, strategies and techniques for how to actually do this with greater success and impact from one moment to the next. The aggregation of those moments lead to even more positive momentum than before.

I believe in leading with your heart and soul as an access to diving into the truth. It’s not a simple journey and it’s the one absolutely worth taking.

I take seriously the shepherding of my soul, of your soul, of our souls, to uncovering our inner wisdom. For me, there is no greater partnership in life than to be able to facilitate this for another. It’s a responsibility that’s not to be taken lightly. I am direct with love, kindness and humility which I have found to be one of the few ways to facilitate my own authenticity and uncovering this for others.

Through this podcast my intention is to share, uncover and discover topics together that provide practical and pragmatic insights and tools to assist you with moving through the constant state of change, and being able to most readily take on all of the opportunities and challenges at your feet from moment to moment.

While theory is terrific, people today want tangible and usable tools that they can implement readily and quickly. And that’s what you will get. You can count on it. Plus you will have it shared with you directly, with realness and true candor. If we are not straight with each other, how can we possibly move?

I also consider this a relationship. While this podcast is not designed to have guest interviews, your feedback, insights and wisdom is 100% desired and requested. I don’t pretend to be the expert of you, I simply bring my own perspective and insights to the table to share. I’m on this journey, as you. I happen to have expertise in certain areas that I consider an honor to share. If you gain at least one nugget then I have done my job. We are on this soul journey together. I am grateful to you for coming.

A Big Huge Thank You & Massive Gratitude

Creating, developing and implementing a podcast takes a cherished and sacred village of smart and talented people and I could not have done this by myself.

I would like to call out to give heaps of gratitude to: Lin Weinberg–my wife, my best friend, my partner in life and my greatest advisor. You are indeed the wind beneath my wings; Isabelle Mercier–the marketing and branding genius who has uplifted and transformed my work and life. To say thank you is an understatement; Kym Docimascolo–my mentor and guiding light who has been a cherished advisor and truth teller to me; George Brooks–a profoundly spiritual being who brings his light of living and being to everything he does. He uplifts everyone in his path; Marc Weinberg–my brother whose passion for music and for me being the best that I can has been injected into this podcast and into our podcast music selection; Gabi Morales–my absolute partner in the journey of The Ready Zone who ensures this business, our message and our resonance is profound and every single person we touch feels it; Newfield Network–for beginning the path of understanding what it means to learn and to a new path of self-discovery; to my cherished friends and family who have taught me uniquely what it means to be a human being, to live with human dignity; and to all of my past and present clients–it has been a true honor to be with you on this journey of your work and your life and to witness your unfolding. You have contributed more than you know to my own unfolding and have taught me what it means to be deeply simply human.

Now let’s do this.
