The High Performance LIFE

Dec 12, 2023

In this week’s episode, I am joined by Dean Hall!

Dean Hall is a seasoned veteran in the coaching field, with over 30 years and 50,000 hours of face-to-face experience.

A two-time cancer survivor, world record-setting extreme endurance athlete, and no stranger to personal hardship, Dean has the life experience to stand behind his techniques and advice.

Dean firmly believes that reconnecting ourselves to nature has the power to change our lives for the better.

He discovered this first-hand when, while swimming the entire length of the Willamette River, nature healed his leukemia and he was surprised to find he was in a state of radical remission.

Now, his mission in life is to lead and inspire others to discover the healing powers of nature for themselves.
