In this special end-of-summer episode, I’m reflecting on my recent vacation, my 59th birthday, and how we can all bring that vacation peace into our everyday lives without having to wait for the next trip.
As we head into fall, I share how shifting seasons can be the perfect opportunity for a personal reset for your emotional and physical life. You’ll hear about my time in Wisconsin…paddleboarding, long walks, less TV, more nature, and truly being in the moment. You’ll hear how those simple changes impacted my body, mind, and spirit.
We’ll explore how vacations naturally slow us down, help us eat when we’re hungry (instead of by the clock), sleep better, and be more intentional. Most importantly, we’ll talk about how to bring those rhythms home so we can feel less stressed, more present, and at peace year-round.
From letting go of forcing outcomes whether with our adult kids, friendships, or work to choosing movement because we can (not because we “have to”), this is about creating a life that feels free, not like a to-do list.
