I've crafted this series , especially for women like you navigating your relationship with food beyond age 40. Your journey with food goes way back, and hormonal shifts have only added complexity to this relationship. I share introspective questions designed to serve as journal prompts, guiding you to uncover the roots of your food-related behaviors and thoughts. If you’re feeling out of control with food, I help you reflect on topics like continually dieting, constantly tracking calories or eating in secrecy, we aim to illuminate the learned behaviors that may not serve your well-being. Each question is a step toward understanding and transforming your relationship with food, moving away from the dichotomy of 'good' or 'bad' foods and self-judgment based on dietary choices.
