fail to achieve success and happiness is through self-sabotage. And
it happens to anyone – even to highly successful people. There are
many ways to overcome self-sabotage and I will cover these in this

Self-sabotage happens when your subconscious mind keeps you in your
comfort zone to avoid pain, discomfort and fear. It is sometimes
unconscious and becomes habitual. If you feel like you are missing
out on important events, having trouble with your relationships or
damaging your career, you are most likely self-sabotaging. To
overcome self-sabotage, it is important to understand this behavior
and learn the ways to get rid of it.
