I don’t believe that feeling peaceful in your daily life means there’s an absence of stress.
I believe cultivating true inner peace comes from recognizing that life can be challenging or unexpected or uncertain AND you can learn to feel solid and rooted within and hold yourself with grace alongside it all.
You don’t have to choose one or the other, or wait to feel at peace, because YOU are the source of your own peace, not what’s outside of you.
In this week’s solo episode of Being All Of You, I share with you the one shift I’ve found to be the most impactful that has allowed both myself and my coaching clients to feel so much more uplifted and peaceful in the day to day, without ignoring or avoiding what’s happening outside of us.
My hope is that what I share in this episode brings you comfort, and a lens to shift your external experience by shifting how you feel from the inside out, that you can bring into your own personal practice to feel more empowered and free.
