Jen Rulon has been a triathlon and fitness coach for over 20 years. She received her Master's Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science. She's been featured in numerous publications, commencement speaker and on the TEDx stage.

 

She's the author of Self Motivation Strategies for Women: How to Achieve Your Goals to Transform Every Aspect of Your Life.

Jen practices what she preaches. She's a 15× Ironman Triathlete who qualified and participated in the World Championship in Kona Hawaii in 2017.

She's "retired" from triathlons, but still coaches athletes all around the world and lives a life of joyful fitness through strength training and surfing in Costa Rica.
