Sun Tzu is commonly thought to be a Chinese General who really understood how to win a war. He came to mind as I was listening to Judge Napolitano interview Jeffrey Sachs. The US is dropping the ball and is its own worst enemy.

War is the most destructive and wasteful activity of humanity no matter how you want to dress it up.
Peace and Prosperity are not possible via perpetual war.
