This episode explains what is meant by "making knowledge" vs "discovering" knowledge.  It is asserted that ALL knowledge is subjective and are called "constructs." At the end of the day, each person must decide what to believe in order to make decisions and choices.

Making information is expensive and usually requires funding. This funding always has strings attached which is why people should remember that information is made not discovered.
