The episode I didn't want to make but new I must.
This week I am going to take you on a journey of grief through the voice of my heart. I am going to share what I have discovered and the intimacy that can open up inside of it all.
May this be a torch for when you too go into the cave of darkness or the dark night of the soul. May this be your permission to be human. May this be poetry to your sadness. Comedic relief to your rage.
May this be simply, all that it wants and needs, to be for you.
