Kim Wallis began creating preventative programs to meet the physical demands of the professional athlete after much experience rehabilitating inured athletes. She has developed specialized in-season and off-season protocols that include core conditioning, customized warm ups and stretching routines as well as corrective exercise. Kim’s clients include NHL, NFL, MLB players and Olympians.
Kim has been working with elite athletes for over 12 years and she's here to share how the pros incorporate Pilates into their workout regimen.
