TNT Radio host Patrick Henningsen speaks with American lawyer and Senior Counsel at the Lawfare Project, Gerard Filliti, about the constitutional pitfalls surrounding the recent renewal of the highly-contested Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) Bill, which gives federal agencies the power to conduct warrantless wiretapping on otherwise innocent Americans.
