Jason and Alan are joined by Dr. Ricardo Mitrani. Dr. Mitrani is a member of the resident faculty of Spear Education. He was born and raised in Mexico City, Mexico and did his prosthodontic residency at the University of Washington. He was a classmate of one of our previous guests, Dr. Gregg Kinzer. In today's episode we range widely over patient communications, what patients understand about the treatment we offer and how we can thread the needle between our patient's perceptions of overtreatment and negligence. We think you'll really enjoy our conversation and you'll be seeing lots more of Ricardo!
