1. Clock in and Clock out with Daily Schedule.
No emails/texts/etc 2+ hours before bed or 2 hours after waking up.
3. Take Time Off.
4. Ask yourself, "Am I having fun?" (If not...you are at risk.)
5. Attend 4-6 Training/Self-Improvement Events per year.
