Hi guys! Last night I went live to answer any and all questions about The Consistency Course and it actually ended up including some great conversations about the cycle many get stuck in where they just aren't making meaningful progress. Maybe you know the cycle...

You get motivated enough to start and things are going well for a while...

Then either because of temptation, boredom, change of routine, etc - you ease off the behavior change. 

Results slow. Results stop. 

You drift. Avoid. Mull it over. 

Until....

Resentment and frustration build enough to push you back over into motivation and you start again.
